Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, where it is held, and how to have it removed. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

This website is operated by R2B LABS PTY LTD (ABN 99 698 118 679), trading as runibiLABS, an Australian company. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Two things, both given to us voluntarily:

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist. That is the only field the waitlist form has.
• Your name, email address, organization and message, if you use the contact form on our Talk to us page.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies to identify you. We do not buy personal information from anyone, and we do not build profiles about visitors.

Why we collect it

If you join the waitlist, we will use your email address to tell you when early access to the simulation platform opens and when Origami v1 is ready. Nothing else. We will not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

If you contact us, we use what you send to reply to you.

Where it is held

Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, a form-handling service, on infrastructure located in the United States. Giving us your details through this site means your information is stored overseas by that provider.

Formspree is the only third party that receives what you submit. We do not currently use an email marketing platform. If we adopt one before contacting you, we will name it here first.

Email we send

We are not sending any email to waitlist addresses yet. When we begin, every message will carry a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing will stop all further messages.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist addresses until early access opens, at which point they are either moved to a mailing platform we will name here, or deleted. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our records of it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it. We do not charge for this, and you do not need to give a reason.

Security

We keep what we hold to a minimum, which is the most effective protection we can offer. Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored by our provider under their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information — particularly if we add a mailing platform — we will update this page and change the date at the top.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
